Let us come together in joy and fellowship as we prepare to celebrate the birth of our Saviour on Saturday 6th December from 02:00 PM.

Parking
Please note that there is ample parking at the community hall. Please enter only via the entry pathway and exit via the exit pathway. If you need to use street parking please check signs before parking on either side of the parking. There will be designated parking’s areas for guest, please do not use these areas.
Program Guidelines
The Inaugural Ceremony will commence at 02:00 PM. All are expected to be seated for the inaugural ceremony as soon as you enter the hall. No green room access will be provided during this time.Green room access is only for participants, program coordinators and designated volunteers. Kindly requesting parents to adhere to this direction for the smooth running of the program.
Photography
The SGIOC, Melbourne Media team will be covering the entire event and will be published post the event and made available to all Parishioners. We ask that you enjoy the program and refrain from photography for a smooth coverage of the event by the media team. All video and photo captures MUST be in accordance with the “Photo and Video Policy” on the updated SGIOC Child Safe Policy.
Refreshment Counter
There will be refreshments available for purchase. Parents are kindly requested to ensure that any pre-existing allergies are considered before purchasing. Tea/Coffee/Water will be available throughout the event at designated areas.
Safety & Child Safe Policy
The event is run in accordance with the SGIOC Child Safety Policy. While responsible office bearers, medical officers and additional volunteers are available at hall, please be reminded that we are all responsible for the safety of our children. Parents are requested to ensure that their children are always supervised. Please ensure that your conduct adheres to the SGIOC Child Safety Policy.
